Dunkin' - Menomonee Falls

What a joke! This locally owned Dunkin ' is run by the same guy who runs the other one in the Falls as well. Try calling the business phone number. I tried to cancel an order and the local owner of the Falls have a non working cell phone that doesn 't have the VM set up yet!?! Excuse me? I had to drive 30 mins to get my refund of 2 dozen donuts because the local owners don 't have a real business line!!! There was 1 man in the entire store, he told me in broken English he has only worked there 2 days, that he knows nothing about this store! What?!? He threw my order refund money at me and I left. Corporate is aware of these local business owners and are in an investigation. Don 't waste your money here!!

Dunkin has the best iced coffee! The refreshers are also good. Great staff who are polite and nice to customers. I appreciate good customer service!

Did a mobile order 10min before and when I got there the guy is like u didn't order good thing he looked at his computer and it was there so waited another 10min for the order.

I ask for bathroom and the sales man, say me, that he don't have the key, bad attention

When we walked it there was music blaring. We order ice cream and the ice cream was warm. There was one tub of chocolate ice cream that was melted in the freezer.
