Bidra med feedbackSad experience tries to book their venue for a wedding. I really wanted to have my wedding here, but the service of Lodge Manager Laura Flores was such a contempt. After months of attempting to restore contact from anyone, and the manager, I have returned very little information, and it was very hard to find answers to questions that are asked.
Beautiful view, excellent service and a delicious meal. Sirloin tips were excellent, as well as the blackened chicken salad. Went at sunset and enjoyed a beautiful view of the sun over the lake.
Disappointed with the Bartending employee. Two young girls who are brand new bartenders are two busy gossip with each other and do not participate in the needs of customers. Forever they see our drinks were empty. These ladies had to make certain drinks, and they lacked the right taste. They didn't even look like they were at the age of 21, maybe it was the immature as they flirted with men. I miss the other bartenders, they were always on their game and had great customer service skills. I wonder what happens to them? Rumors have that the new manager wanted to fire the old staff and hire their own staff. Do not think of immature, gossipy, ignorant bartender is the right choice to rent.
Staff is top notch, they should be the standard .thoroughly impressed. The pineapple upside-down cake is beyond good.
Food was very good my Salmon was soft and delicious but didn't like side grains (kingwa) didn't seem to go. Was super busy long lines, took a while to get our food but in saying all that great staff was friendly and there trying to get back up and running per the Covid shut down....we were understanding of this and didn't mind, seems like we were all happy to be there now that the doors are back open in Our Great Community! ? Everyone be patient its worth the wait
