Bidra med feedbackWe only get to go to KFC as a treat a couple times a year as there is not one close to us. The last 3 times they forgot part of our order. This time they forgot my kids part of the order. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered the phone. I tried to leave a review for a call back and it's been 4 days and nothing. I think we will stick with Popeyes from now on.
Stopped to order a meal through the drive thru and was asked whether I was there for pick u p or delivery. I said no and that was it .....no communication what so ever. Won't return. Suggest this place needs to shut down also.
I stopped in the Menasha Valley Rd store on my way through town for a take out dinner. Their lobby was closed so ordering window said they were only taking online orders. I was ok with that but an 8 pc bucket plus an additional side was $39. Horrible. I can get a whole chicken dinner and sides at Piggly Wiggly for a lot less! I had made a special trip across town so forged ahead with my order. But, the thing that irritated me the most was they forgot one of my expensive sides. Didn’t discover until I was home- 50 miles away. Then I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. I feel ripped off. KFC- I am done with you.
Only drive thru is open, their food is not the same as other KFC restaurants that I have been too lately nor is it consistent. I ordered 4 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy with the chicken and each of the mashed potatoes containers were filled with different amounts. Other KFC restaurants fill the container full, but this place seems to put different amounts in each container. The first 2 containers had very small amount (about ¼ full) of potatoes in them, the 3rd container was ½ full and the 4th was ¾ full. The gravy containers were all filled completely full. The chicken bucket was supposed to be ½ ½ but was all the same and it was soggy, like it was sitting under a heater for an hour or so. It was 6:30pm and there was a steady flow of cars , not busy but not dead. The biscuits were also not all the same size. I don't know if they were just having a bad day or if this is normally how things are here. In Florida this type of service inconsistency would not be tolerated but in Wisconsin things might be different.Parking: There's no dine in service so therefore there's no need to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no dine in service so therefore there's no need for wheelchair access.
They list dine-in service, but at 4pm on March 15, 2024, both doors were locked and they were not answering the phone number listed here. From across the street at McDonald's, I did see some cars going through the drive-thru.
