Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza - Memphis

Our nonprofit had a wonderful and heart felt experience with a surprise baby shower Pizza Party to one of our very special employees. Pyro’s staff, particularly Tabitha the manager, was involved and connected to us with such a warm welcoming heart to help and encourage our team. Our pizzas were excellent and the lunch crew was extremely patient with our large team. We rented the conference room that was so affordable for us and was the perfect venue. I highly recommend this pizza place .

They say they have gluten free options on their website, but then they have none when you arrive. They should update their site.

I understand being busy, but it took a while for me to be greeted let alone have my order taken.

I go there regularly for lunch while at work. Even during the rush all the employees are quick and professional. The building is always clean and never too noisy. I also love the bottled sodas available Vegetarian options: There's a wide assortment of vegetarian options from vegetables to mushrooms to veggie sausage

I recently ordered a custom pizza through DoorDash, expecting a chicken-based dish as specified in my order. Unfortunately, what was delivered had pork pepperoni instead, which I do not eat due to my religious beliefs as a Hindu. This mix-up was not just disappointing but also distressing, given the importance of dietary restrictions in my faith. I reached out to both DoorDash and the restaurant hoping for a quick resolution, yet the response has been less than satisfactory. It is crucial for food service providers to understand and respect the dietary restrictions and preferences of their customers, especially when they are clearly specified in the order. This experience has unfortunately shaken my trust in Pyros Fire Fresh Pizza's attention to customer needs and order accuracy. I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of how orders are handled and encourages more rigorous checks before dispatch to ensure that all customers receive meals that they can enjoy and consume without concerns.
