Worst experience in the area. 10 Nov 23 7:30pm. Restaurant was out of food. No one took the order at the menu. I had to drive to the window. Individual was eating/talking at the same time we were trying to order. Forgot the drink/sides/sauces. Your money will be better spent elsewhere or a different popeyes location. The manager on duty was yelling at the employees. Was kind of busy but you don't yell at employees in front of customers. She. Was very rude. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I rolled up to the drive thru and the speaker is out. No biggie, I put my order in at the window. A minute or so later a have a sandwich. I put my hand in the bag only to be covered in sauce. The bun was smashed and ice cold, and so was the brown, dry chicken. I went back to replace my order. They were rude. One worker told me 2 more minutes 3 times and laughed the last time. I finally got my order and took it apart when I got to the car. There was something dripping out of it and the meat was slimy. At first glance, it looked fine, but there was something seriously wrong with it. Terrible people in that place serving terrible food. Shame. I will never eat there again. I remember a time when kids worked fast food and the food was great (most of the time). Now there are ADULTS working and they have no integrity.
