Firehouse Subs East Gate - Memphis

The most inconsistent firehouse i've been to. today my sandwich was cold, and they gave me the most absurd amount of mayonnaise i've ever seen. i can heat up my food, but there is so much mayonnaise it's almost funny. this picture is after i wiped all the excess from the outside of the sandwhich... yeah, the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. who eats this much mayo, man? sometimes they nail it, but sometimes it's just insane that they would give that to someone.

My friend ordered me dinner from this location last night it was soooooo good ? ? ? ?I really enjoyed every bite! This meal in my opinion was so much better than any subway I have ever eaten and I will definitely go back there myself as I really enjoyed my mea! !! I think they are a lot better than Lenny's also.

I took my grandbaby there because she wanted a fire hat.I wasn't planning on eating myself because I was disappointed on my last visit but I eventually gave in.I had to give my spicy chicken sandwich back because they put cheese on it after I stated twice that I didn't want cheese.I had to ask for the fire hat that comes in the kids meal.I got my sandwich back with no cheese but also without tomatoes which I asked for and on white bread instead of wheat.I guess they were so busy talking to each other but we won't be going back.The food is way too overpriced for them to not give me what I ask for.

The food is great here!!!! The service is great as well.

Always delicious,it's out of my way but I find excuse to go there
