This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I frequently visit with my family and the condition of the place is horrendous. The staff is often rude to us and other customers, and there have been multiple complaints made about their behavior. The restaurant is always messy and unclean, with cobwebs, dust, dirty floors, overflowing bins, and filthy toilets. I don't understand how this restaurant has a 5-star food rating because every time I visit, it's always dirty.

Rebecca is an ineffective manager who left two staff members not serving customers while there was a long line out the door. Useless.

Requested that my sausage roll be replaced with a hot one as mine was lukewarm was told she couldn’t do that she also said that the sausage rolls weren’t kept warm once they came out the oven. Asked when would you the next batch be ready and was told 20 mins asked could she microwave it for me was told no they weren’t allowed to. The staff member was Emily. Very unhelpful and not the least bit interested in my query. I won’t be going back !! We normally visit here on a regular basis. It’s not the furniture that needs replacing it’s the staff!!!

Went in for 2 sausage rolls, upon paying I noticed they were cold so I asked if they had any hot 1’s to which the staff member looked at a fresh batch she’d just gotten out blatantly told me “NO” when I explained my sausage rolls were cold she patted them said no they’re not cold they’re “lukewarm” then went on to explain that the display units they are put in aren’t for keeping them warm!!!!! Got lied to got attitude with it, walked out very disappointed!
