Domino's Pizza - Melrose

Food was burned both side.. cheese dip was so burned it was stuck to the pan. The rest of the food was very dry so much dough came. We did eat them but will not return for a long time. I gave 2 stars because food was ready really fast very affordablewhich is good.

It okay Domino's has come a long ways I did get the chicken parmesan sub which wasn't bad tell you the truth wasn't bad very good

I ordered a cheese pizza and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. A few weeks later, I ordered another pizza and ended up waiting and waiting. After an hour and 40 minutes, I called the restaurant, only to discover the pizza had been left on my doorstep, cold and soaked from the rain. It would have been nice if they had rung the doorbell! These delivery drivers really need to do better. Last summer, I ordered from the same place, and the same thing happened - the pizza was left on the back porch without anyone ringing the doorbell, and by the time I found it, ants had gotten to it.

I waited 2 and a half hours for my food, despite being told over the phone it would take an hour and a half. The cheesebread sticks were undercooked, with raw dough in the middle. The pizza was only warm at best. I definitely won’t be returning!

I always have issues with late pickups at this restaurant! My order, just like those of the other eight people waiting inside, was ready, but the employees acted as if they didn't see us for over 15 minutes. To make matters worse, one employee got into a heated argument with a customer, using some really inappropriate language. I was there with my son to pick up our pizza, and it was quite uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. After 15 minutes, all the pizzas that were ready for pickup had gone cold.
