Bidra med feedbackTerrible customer service. I understand they were busy, but that doesn't justify being rude and unwilling. I am pregnant and went through a fight to locate in time while I have my 3 years old. As soon as I'm here, the employee rolled her eyes on the employees, and this employee said, "One hour later." (Breath)? That was unnecessary and unintentional. Never order from here!
I called to talk to someone, but nobody answered. Red flag entered and saw how most employees left in the front. I got my order went home and they gave me pepperoni as an allergic to pork. They gave us a cheese pizza we ate. I didn't go back because I didn't, and they didn't answer my call? I wake up and I'm physically ill my stomach hurts and I throw up and constantly use the bathroom. This place is the worst thing I've ever experienced. That never happened to me before, but definitely first time and last time food at this place.
These are the only 3 pizzas I?ve ever ordered from here. Yeah never again. This place is horrible never go here or order here you?ll die.
Horrible service. Very rude and unprofessional ?manager?. Young guy need more training when it comes to customers. I won?t be going back to the MelrosePark location. Never have pizza ready, never answer phone calls, if I place my order online is always wrong. Today I called ahead to place my order as I was driving to the location. I arrived and no one had yet answer my phone call. As I arrived I noticed how the phone was just ringing and no one was answering the phone. As I explained to the person who was at the register that I was calling for the past 24+ minutes his response was very rude. He mentioned they were busy, I have other options to go to and also how to place my order. Regarding the guy who was sitting on top of the flour, on his phone with headphones right by the phone, he said he couldn?t answer because he was out of the clock. When he got more verbal with me as if he was arguing I asked him for his name and he refused to give me any info. I don?t have the young ?managers? name. This happened today around 4:25 pm. Rude!!! Rude!!
Called to place a delivery order of 10 pizzas for an event the next day at a local university. I mentioned that I had a tax exempt letter and I was told I'd have to go in person to place the order because they'd need a copy of the letter. No problem. I went in, literally, 20 minutes later. When I arrived, I presented the tax exempt certificate, only to be told that they don't take orders for delivery at the location and that I'd have to use either GrubHub or UberEATS and present the certificate to them. Unbelievable. I ended up placing the order with Domino's Pizza where they not only accepted the certificate, they delivered the pizza AND it was done without any issues.
