Jo-Anne, you have always been incredibly helpful and accommodating every time my friends and family dine at your restaurant or when we order takeout, especially during these challenging pandemic times. I remember a few years ago when I hosted a dinner for my friends and you went above and beyond by arranging to bring a coffee machine because the one in the restaurant was not functioning. That level of service left a lasting impression on me, and I want to thank you now for your exceptional hospitality. Born with a Southeast Asian taste buds, I must say that this restaurant has fulfilled my expectation. It tasted really great, with a decent price and friendly and careful staff. Parking, relaxation room, high chair are available, which is very suitable for the family with children and seniors. Your butter prawn was great.

Better tasting Laksa as Laksa King (yes), better chickens curry than my mother, THE BEST sharp chicken ribs throughout Melbourne. As a rule, take care of how this restaurant strip is always busy and Sambal Kampung is one of the top 3 busiest. I just have to say that I had more than my fair share of mixed orders, waiting for dishes when they sit on the bank, but the service has improved over time. But you will be absolutely LOVE the food.

We enjoy dining at this restaurant and each time we return, it never disappoints. The portion sizes of the meals are generous and the prices are very reasonable. Our favorite dish is the fish fillet with green mango. We also enjoy the salted fish and chicken in a shell.

Beautiful Malaysian Chinese Resturant. Fantastic service, the staff are lovely and extremely polite to talk too. Fantastic vegan options. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorsome. Our first time here and l can assure you it won’t be our last. As always the servings are very generous, to much for 1 person. So glad they offer containers to take home your food. The coconut water was a great choice, extremely refreshing. To finish of our meal, we were offered cut orange, that went down a treat. Highly recommend this Resturant.
