Great space, open and friendly staff, lovely older upholstery. Dependent on company or other crowds to bolster the atmosphere. Parma was ordinary, large chicken, good ham, poor Napoli, tiny crumb that seemed baked or fried and rather dark. Chips are in a fish and chip style, side salad was leaf only in a vinaigrette offering next to nothing, still a finishable meal just nothing spectacular. Uncertain on price given current inflationary conditions and short of a deal

Why go to any other pub? Great service, good banter, and a **** EXCELLENT parma (oh, and get the onion gravy, girl! . Did I mention the pool table and TWO FIREPLACES?!?!?

Best pub in town! Especially the bar staff, ask for Jodie and you’ll have a good time ; Shandys are a good woman!

This place's appeal is more it's vibe, very relaxed, welcoming and community feel, with friendly staff, great for a weeknight casual catchup.
