Food pleasant, friendly service, open area, comfortable

The most amazing experience, best high tea in Melbourne and I was for them all! For my Coeliac sister, could not do enough for us, attentive, friendly, efficient and the food was the next level, especially the gluten-free options, delicious and plentiful. Couldn't end, it was so much coffee fabulous to choose bunch of teas, Chandon... we had no better time, will go back!

29. April 2023 Saturday 1:00 Lunch x 7 people I organized a reunion with one of them coming from Perth WA. There were requests for a central restaurant, but in the Westin Lobby Lounge there were many opportunities... I just knew it was the right place. With fine wine (bubbles for me) and nice food (many chosen by club sandwiches) as a lobby location, we wanted to talk about the last 20-plus years. Everyone was so impressed that they now want an annual event in the Westin. Thanks for letting me look good. xox

Live music, amazing food for vegetarians, free flowing tea and coffee. Very recommended!

Our high tea was perfectly presented with such attention to detail with deliciousness to match. This was complimented with an amazingly interesting tea menu. Love the fact that it can be ordered at any time, any day.
