I want to give a HUGE thank you to manager Katelyn at KFC Ferntree Gully. When my drive-through order for a birthday dinner went seriously wrong last week, she went out of her way to ensure I received a complete replacement and sincerely apologized for the mistake. Katelyn, it wasn’t your fault—you weren’t even there—but you took the initiative to fix it and took responsibility. Thank you from both me and my stepson. Great job!
