Bidra med feedbackI am from Greece the place of birth of goody’s and when I was younger I and my family would like to go to eat there. then I lived in Greece and goody’s had the delicious burger it said. When they arrived in Australia, there were no goody’s s natural when they brought it here, we went to eat. my father took a bite and almost broke so my mother threw it away. I'm sorry, but I didn't expect a grump!
The restaurant offers a wide variety of burgers with the ability to customize them to your liking. They even offer patties in different weights to accommodate various appetites. The pickle sauce was particularly delicious!
For lunch as it looked like a specialized burger house. ordered a chilli angus burger. there was nothing special about the burger without taste with soggy soft bun. burgers at grilled burgers are much better compared. I'm just coming back if I don't have a choice.
Hubby and I have eat burger here mainly because of the favorable situation near a date. the view of the place made me think it would be a great burger place even gourmet! burger seemed nice, but I think it was the liter sauce that masks the patty! we both thought it's just an expensive mcdonalds! the meat boy had the angus and both thought it seemed like he had water in it. perhaps frozen and reheated, but did not seem fresh. Excuse them the terrible piece, but we both have left the rest of today sick and on the toilet! oh and what is the point of the beerhahn when u cant get a beer from it! all do not show! never again.
I decided against a burger and went for the tortilla and it was not too bad. Good portion size, lots of fries. Taste was fresh obviously because I watched them make it. It came on a large cane tray with absorbent paper (better than a...napkin) and a small wooden skewer which I imagine was for picking up the fries. Plus a paper napkin. Plus a tiny plastic container with sauce to dip your fries in. All in all, quite minimal on waste. Menu is extensive and there is plenty to choose from. Staff were helpful and friendly. Interesting that there was a radio station or something similar playing in the background in what I would guess was Spanish but this place touts to be Greek so I’m not exactly sure. They could also use some extraction fans as the place has a very strong smell of fried food. As it’s school holidays it was reasonably busy with kids and families. Prime location on the corner or Russell and Lonsdale Streets. Notes: suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with dietary needs, restaurant is wheelchair friendly, kid friendly and takeaway available.
