Bidra med feedbackThe key to good hotpot is the broth and they have definitely nailed it when it comes to the broth. They have different broth options and you can go for the less spicy broths if you’re not a fan of spicy<br/ <br/ Love the concept of being able to choose what you want and you get to pick your own ingredients and they weigh them accordingly. <br/ <br/ I love how their ingredients are very fresh and they do get quite busy
Good to see Dragon Hot Pot has branched out into the suburbs, with Glenny being the only malatang joint (for now).<br/ <br/ If you've been to the other branches, you know the drill. Good thing about this branch is that they also offer other styles like collagen broth (non spicy), pickled mustard, hot and sour, and a stir fry.<br/ <br/ This time I've gone for a stir fry version. A basic mix of onions, garlic chives, garlic is added to your selected ingredients and stir fried together.<br/ <br/ Key flavours you get from the stir fry is garlic, cumin seeds, sichuan pepper and obviously the dry firey chilli. Awesome flavours albeit a tad on the salty side, but I love it.
Amazing place with great choice of seafood, the broth and result of making your own hotpot is amazing. Definitely coming back again
Dragon Hot Pot offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience. They have a fantastic selection of soup bases and a wide variety of ingredients that you can choose for yourself. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. They have also successfully adapted to COVID-19 restrictions by offering DIY kits delivered directly to your doorstep. Their customer service is outstanding, with help just a phone call away for any inquiries. I ordered online and was able to enjoy a delicious meal that tasted just like it did in the restaurant, all from the comfort of my own home.
I love the dry mala hotpot at this restaurant. It was delicious and I definitely plan to return for more.
