Bella Cosi - Melbourne

I recently found this charming beachfront restaurant with incredible food and service. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is both delicious and authentic. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a European cafe. I can't believe it took me so long to discover this hidden gem in Port Melbourne.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for lunch based on a recommendation from a coworker. It turned out to be a fantastic little spot. We were warmly greeted by the owner, Marissa, and her son as soon as we walked in. The service was excellent and the coffee was very good. Our two main dishes, the lamb souvlaki and vegetarian moussaka, were tasty, filling, and a great value. There were plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options to choose from. With the warm and friendly service, we will definitely be returning, perhaps for a nice stroll along the beach afterwards.

I have never entered a cafe and been greeted so warmly by the staff with beautiful smiles. They were instantly engaging and made me feel very welcome. I have been to many cafes for coffee, but I have never received such excellent service before. The staff went out of their way to have a chat with me, and even though I paid $5.00 for my coffee, I left the cafe with a huge smile on my face. The coffee and Banana Muffin I ordered were delicious. Keep up the great work in making people smile with their morning coffees.

Coffee is always fantastic. Great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Everything in the display looks yummy. Italian donuts and home made apple pie is a must try.
