Bidra med feedbackHopefully this is just a warning for others who are trying to order the delivery of Carrabba, even if they call their restaurant directly. You're using Door Dash, which we haven't been informed from the front. We called this place directly and paid a gift card from Carrabba. We were told that the delivery was 45 minutes to an hour. After two hours I called the restaurant to ask and talk to Rob, the ?managing partner? Who told me the door Dasher MIA and she left? I'm working on it. I asked for another estimated arrival time, as well as why we didn't say they were using a third party to deliver or more importantly that it was delayed. Rob said the restaurant had been contacted 40 minutes before my call because of the delay, but only after my call we were not informed. I was told to contact Dash door because it is not Carrabba responsibility at this point. I said I wasn't informed that you were using a third-party delivery service when I called directly and used a restaurant gift card. After a few minutes zero helpful help for the problem, and not even a slight apology for inconvenience, Rob then suspended on me middle sentence. Very poor customer service. My husband had to go through the Ringer to make sure we finally canceled our order and our money back to our gift card. Hopefully, the experience will be better by picking up or picking up.
My first time there. Waiter Kyle was great. Best calamari I've had in a long time. Veal Marsala and angel hair pasta was perfect. Excellent chefs. Would definitely eat there again when in town.
Friendly service! Waitress was new but did very well. The lamb chops tasted great!
Staff is very nice and friendly, no wait time for morning diners and the music was really nice! I enjoyed dining here, my waiter was very nice, I wish I could remember his name! Will be back again but probably trying something other than the chicken Alfredo since it doesn't have as much flavor as I like. I still enjoy this place for lunch!
As you know we recently moved here to Palm Bay. Rachel and I have found out go to spot. This service is amazing and I absolutely love the attention to detail this kitchen staff has. Hopefully I spell everyone?s name right but here we go Donavan and Jason have been on the line both times we have been here so fair and the food is stellar. Tonight Josh was our server and dug himself out when he had what looked like been over sat. We get it it?s tough out here during this time in everyone?s lives and we pay to go out to get a break from the day to day and you can rest assured these guys here including Dillion all deserve the recognition of making our evening a great one. Thanks again to the management because your staff is a direct reflection of your leadership. Please reward your staff with a token of your appreciation to uphold the standard that you demand from them. Because everyone should spend their money here because it?s money well spent. Thanks again.
