Burger King - Melbourne

9/27/22: ive has gone to this place since 2015 and all about it was great up to about a year or 2 ago. it seems to be a repeating thing that this place is opened for a certain time, and then will be temporarily closed again what it is today. I don't know what the deal is, I think either they lose their employees, or the owner just doesn't care anymore.

Our food was luke warm, we gave it 30 seconds in the micro and it was good. the resteraunt is dirty and runs down, there are dead bugs on the machine left of the service counter. I was there with my 8-year-old son, one of the chefs started with the F word very loud, my son knows that this is wrong. Eating ok avoids a dump staff needs fire.

Ordered two 9-part chicken fries and fries, they were hard and not hot. obviously they were sitting for one. I asked for fresh food. about 2 minutes later it was finished. the chicken fries were dry and a darker golden brown color. it seemed like they threw the same in the frittier.

The fries were stale, the burgers cold, the coke was good. I wish the staff cared about making good food I mean Burger King gives them all the tools. The lights are not even on so it looks like the restaurant is closed but, I didn?t take the hint. I will ban this place.

Absolutely the worst burger King I have been too. I was very understanding of short staff issues and wait for 15mins or better, to get completely dried out original chicken sandwiches both of them and the fries tasted like they been sitting for hours. Very disappointed and we definitely rethink going to burger King anytime soon. Waste of money
