La Terrazza Delle Stelle - Meiringen

We had an amazing meal here thanks to the outstanding staff. The food was delicious and the scenery breathtaking. Couldn’t recommend more !

We chose this restaurant as at had a good view of Lake Lugano. Our waiter had a tag saying chef de service and he looked like the senior staff member on duty that night. We were greeted politely in a standard fashion and the table was a good table. My wife and I are not big eaters. So we ordered an appetizer for each one of us and decided to share a pizza (they are big). We also ordered wine by the glass since I drink red wine and my wife white wine and it was not possible for us to drink a full bottle each. As soon as we gave our order, the waiter 's attitude completely changed. We suddenly were held in contempt, with disdain as we were no longer customers that would spend a lot of money in that restaurant. The meal still cost me 120 CHF. When we asked questions about some items on the menu, the waiter gave us a This is veal with tuna sauce. It 's easy! Do you understand english or not? This was the most disrespectful attitude I had ever encountered in a restaurant. While the food was OK, this waiter ruined the whole experience for us. Now, him being a senior staff member, he is likely to coach the rest of the waiters to be like him. If I was the owner of this restaurant, I would fire this guy right away. He just wanted us to leave as soon as possible so that the table would be freed up for a real customer willing to spend more money than us. My recommendation: avoid at all cost.

Am confused, Ristorante was street level, the photos shoes upstairs maybe Hotel Victoria. Overlooking the lake inserted a photo for reference. Wonderful meal. Tough on Englie but managed. Cannelloni was cooked well. In a layer, like a mini lasagna. Had spinach on the bottom and pasta w/ricotta. Had tagallinne w/ Salomon bits. Cappuccino was superb. Be patient with language.

Estoy confundido, Ristorante era el nivel de la calle, las fotos zapatos arriba quizás el Hotel Victoria.Con vistas al lago inserta una foto de referencia. Comida maravillosa. Difícil, pero me las arreglé. En EnglieCanelones estaba bien cocinada. En una capa, como una mini lasaña. Tenía espinacas en el fondo y pasta con ricotta.Tenía tagallinne w/Salomon bits.Capuchino era magnífico.Ten paciencia con el idioma.

De l'attente, beaucoup d'attente, bière pas remplie correctement, quantités faibles, service inefficace ... à éviter !
