Eating is dry and not tasty, how much they do not have to cook to ruin burgers and roll

Everything is delicious but some of the staff are rude.

I went here for lunch on October 11th. There were not many customers, but the staff was able to form a queue of waiting customers. There was a strange empty bustle in assembling orders. The manager came out to help. It seemed like he was trying to bring order to the chaos created by the Asian employees. After waiting, the manager handed me my order. Apparently, my Whopper had been sitting on the tray the whole time and had cooled down, so I received it barely warm. They mixed up my drink, so I had to approach them and ask for the correct one, which the manager also took care of. It's unclear what the regular staff was doing, as it was the manager who served me. I don't consider this an insult, but I didn't see any competence in the employees' faces, and the manager had to intervene to fix the result of their work. They should get rid of those Asian girls and hire competent staff.

The staff is very pleasant, serving quickly and friendly, with plenty of seating, including soft couches. A good selection of food and drinks, as well as promotions available.

There are huge lines and a bunch of couriers waiting for orders at this popular place, but it is clearly overrated. The prices here are among the lowest for fast food restaurants.
