Chief Nicolas Hensinger and his team welcomed us as kings and fed us as Roman emperors. A strong moment for us in 2020! The service was personalized and discreet, the food was breathtaking we especially appreciated the entries that were a delicate but explosive expression of local products and the wine map (a proud spread of a Rothschild property).
