Nice food and good service. All round nice afternoon

Lovely family and dog friendly pub, we had Sunday roast dinners all 10 of us, the meat was cooked perfect, the potatoes was lovely and fluffy and the stuffing was cooked perfect. the Olympics was playing throughout the pub, was great watching it especially as my youngest loves her sports. Bradley is a credit to your team his service was amazing. we carried on drinking after our roast dinners in the front outside seating areas where we had another tv to watch the sports, at this point we was all getting slightly merry as the atmosphere was great, the bar staff was very busy but still had time to make us feel really welcome. we had an absolutely amazing evening. thank you all and we will be coming again soon best wishes

Good food and service. Changed hands but all still good.

After looking at website and menu, decided to give the place a go for Sunday lunch. Got a taxi there so we could both have a glass of wine with the roast beef we were anticipating. We arrived to be told they weren 't doing a Sunday roast, yet still advertised on their website. Was told we did one last week . Very disappointed by experience of visit. Thankfully we were dining alone, we usually go for a Sunday roast with friends visiting. Fortunately we went up the road to get lunch that was not only available but cheaper!
