Excellent food and good size portions always arrived on time if not early most times and always arrived hot xx

This is hands down the best Chinese takeout I have ever had. Due to my severe food allergies, I can be quite particular when placing an order, but the staff on the phone were incredibly patient with me and accommodated all of my requests. The food was phenomenal! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

This is by far the best Chinese takeout in Medway. The food is always hot, fresh, and crispy, with just the right amount of seasoning - not too salty or MSG-heavy. I highly recommend trying the steamed pork chop, house special udon noodles, and satay beef. Absolutely delicious!

I ordered food from this restaurant and had a bad experience. I ordered chips in BBQ sauce but received sweet and sour sauce instead. When I called to complain, I was laughed at and yelled at by the staff. My chicken omelet and chips arrived cold, and my egg fried rice was missing peas. My order was also 20 minutes late, despite being told it was on its way. The BBQ ribs I ordered had very little meat on them. To top it off, my omelet was sitting in a yellow liquid that made it soggy and unpleasant to eat. Overall, my experience was disappointing and made me feel unwell.
