Elkhorn Cafe - Medora

Tom cooks some of the best food in Medora, ND. Deana and Connie offer up great service and best of all you never have to ask for a coffee refill. The cup is always full!!! Breakfast is served all day. I highly recommend this location when visiting Medora, ND.

Breakfast was not bad, restaurant was very busy with only one waitress, who was working her butt off and doing a good job, another older woman who was a host or something, was very rude to potential customers who were trying to find a table, and she actually told people to go elsewhere because she couldn't handle it being so busy.

Food was ok, owner was the RUDEST person I 've ever encountered at a restaurant. Don 't spend your tourist money here, since she says 'She doesn 't make money off you people(tourists), she makes it off the locals. ' Words straight out of her mouth.

Children have food allergies. Owner would not allow me to bring grain substitute or offer any substitutions and was rude. My kids would provide no additional work for her. Will NOT recommend .
