The Wintergarden - MEDLOW BATH

The quality of this restaurant is outstanding! The service and staff are incredible, and the views are a must-see. The landscape view is absolutely breathtaking. The service and atmosphere are fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant meets all the criteria for a high tea experience in terms of time, cost, and quality. We chose the 12:30 lunch sitting and found the 90-minute time slot allocated to us (as indicated in the sign) to be more than enough. Priced at $60 for a traditional high tea, we felt that the variety and quantity of hot and cold savory and sweet dishes, along with a scone and a dessert each, made it a good value. The quality of the food was excellent, with the bread in the finger sandwiches being fresh and the scones having a crispy outer layer and a soft inside. It seems like the kitchen staff may have had a turnover, but it didn't affect the quality of the food.

My wife and I dined at Winter Grade on several occasions this year. The food and service were excellent. It was a great experience.

Eating was very bad, not fresh, the tee was warm, sandwiches were stale, it was appalling bad value,for $20 for two, I would have expected the food quality. would never recommend this place.

We booked a spur of the moment table at the Winter Garden, we didn’t get a window seat but could still take advantage of the spectacular view from the huge windows of the resturant. The service was amazing and friendly, the food beautiful and the...atmosphere peaceful and calming. A great dinner and would happily dine here again .
