Johnny J's Pub Grille, Medina

It was skeptical to go here based on reviews, but friend said she often goes there. Food was good, came fast and service was also good. Music tended to be a bit louder than I prefer, but overall was great, nice place, will go back.

We had a great meal at Johnny Js. Our pups enjoyed the fresh water and the terrace! Thank you for allowing dogs.

I will never return to this place again! We had a very rude waitress, she got my drink wrong and I told her that it was the wrong drink, so she came over another waitress and gave me the same drink and I said that it wasn't the right drink and she insisted I took it. So another waitress came over, who was very unfriendly, and my friend told her that this drink was wrong, so they gave me the right drink and first they told me that I could keep the wrong drink and then they came back and took the wrong drink back. I know it doesn't make it hard to explain. The ordered food and my salad was all spoiled and my salad was almost all cucumbers and tomatoes. The salad must? ve was iceberg and it was terrible. I had ordered a steak that was cold and boiled, and at that point I didn't say anything and I just boxed it and took it home. I have to say it ended up in the garbage! I'll say the few onion rings they gave me were delicious! The manager never came by to make it right or take some money from our bill. Then the three waiters stood around and shot us dirty. Once again, I would never go back to the facility. I can't believe it's as high as it is.

Nice bar in Medina. You have a nice selection of beers on design and a decent selection of foods. Service is always good.

This is a picture of our chicken sandwich to go tonight. It was supposed to be minus tomato and pickle, add bacon. Not only was there no bacon, but this is the ?chicken? and ?lettuce?after a 15-20 minute wait. On a bill that was 100+ dollars on a night that was not busy. We have tried and tried again to go and enjoy this place but it has gotten more and more ridiculous every time. We never see a manager anywhere when we visit. Being a former restaurant manager for 10+ years, the staff clearly runs this place how they want and has no accountability. We will not be returning to throw away any more money here.
