Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Medicine Hat

I started coming to this location regularly in 2019. Since 2021 things have gotten so much better, better service, better food, and they made some changes that gave the place a nicer atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and I always see the same ones for the most part.

One of the best dairy queen that i had ever tried in canada. From customer service to the food everything is absolutely delicious and perfect staff always take care of us and specially their is always same and experienced staff that thing is the best about this dairy queen..Vegetarian options: Veg burgers

I don't usually review fast-food chain restaurants, and on the inside, this is a standard Dairy Queen. We received our sundae and blizzard quickly. The restaurant was tidy. What I thought was noteworthy about this Dairy Queen was the sculpted wall (bas-relief? on their patio. At first I thought it was a painted advertisement, but when you look at it, it's 3D. There's a similar artwork at the Medalta Potteries. I hope they maintain this wall as it's pretty unique!

They don't take orders right, anytime I've been there. They forget things and add things that don't belong. They dont fix their mistakes. Then they look at you, like what do you want me to do about it. I dont know customer service. Save your money and go to another DQ in town. This one is a lost
