We ordered Queso and he hit it in the container and got cheese everywhere, but the bowl. the girl at the checkout wanted to load it in a bag for me and I had to ask her to wipe it off. she wasn't happy about it. the counter was dirty and I can't believe we're not just going out. That was such a disgusting experience that we never go there again and not you should. I know the attitude is just hard, but you have these people running your business like it? You should be embarrassed. No wonder the place was empty. That was our first point. What happens to you and your brand Chipotle?

Put a sign on the door saying online orders only do not allow customers inside. What is the reason for this? I prefer not to order online because you are shortened to food every time you do if you can even make the order right.

Yesterday my husband and I went to Media for lunch at Chipotle. We realized that the service did not really go well through lack of personnel and some technical problems. But we were impressed by how the manager worked the situation. She was creative writing jobs on paper and also supervised the few employees and ensured that customers received their orders and service to their wishes. We did not get their name, but in any case KUDOS TO THE MANAGER, who took our order to 9/6/2022 at 2:15 pm in Media.

Never witnessed such incompetence. Paid $15 for a burrito thats smaller than my fist, and the sour cream lid wasn?t even sealed properly before being placed in the bag. This place is hit or miss depending on who?s working the shift when you order, but I likely won?t be returning to this location again.
