Thai Bistro - Medford

We ordered take out, spiced duck and pad kee mao. We decided to make a picnic of it on Roxy Anne. Once we got up there I open mine and it’s pork fried rice. I called and they said they had my duck, someone had gotten confused and mixed up an order. They offered a free future meal or for me to come get it. I wanted that duck and we went to get it. They apologized and gave us two free Thai iced teas and free cheesecakes. Their curries are delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had. They were understaffed and working hard.

First off the spring rolls here are freakin bomb!! Loved the broccoli stirfry with tofu and the jungle curry with coconut milk sub noodles that i ordered was bomb too. I asked for a 7 out of 10 spice level and they were spot on with it. I ordered pick up and they were super quick and the staff was friendly and helpful I will be back!

Thai Bistro is the finest, authentic Thai food. They use real spices and I love their soup made with coconut milk. Do not miss this place!

Cute little Thai restaurant with the very best hot and sour soup! They make everything from scratch! I have enjoyed everything here from the service and decor to their Thai iced teas. If you love traditional tasting Thai food, this is too good to miss!

Great place for vegans! Not only do I love their food, but I love that they are able to accommodate my friends and my own needs. I am a vegan, I have a friend who is allergic to soy and one allergic to gluten and they are able to alter their food to fit our needs. And their food is delicious. I have never had to wait 45 minutes. My average wait time is between 20-25 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant.
