Texas Roadhouse - Medford

Very disappointed! I tried to call and fix this without leaving a bad review. I never received a call back like I was told I would. Ticket was lost took over two hours to get our food. We have a one year old., she was hungry and fussy. When the food arrived steak was under cooked. They were closing so they really didn’t care to try to fix it. My family recommended this restaurant and feel horrible about how we were treated .

Service was slow, food was phenomenal especially the bread and butter!!

Their food is fantastic! And we had awesome service! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some yummy bbq chicken and ribs. They are the best! The only thing I'm not a fan of, is they have alot of tvs, so it can be loud sometimes. But that's alright. It that kind of restaurant.

The workers her and disrespect and rude. They have no human decency, as me and my family were going there to eat for a birthday dinner we had booked a reservation like most. They tell us we should have a table around 6pm yet they tell us to come in at 5? We get there at five and we’re greeted with bratty teenagers who had no idea what they were doing. As we are sitting there waiting for our table they ignored and gave us weird looks we then talk to a manager because it’s around 6:15-6:20 they tell us they are cleaning the table but they have been cleaning the table for the past 20 minutes. After we were seated it took another 40- 60 till we got our food the service was terrible they never filled our water or gave us menus we had to grab them from another table and when we did some girl yelled at us lastly the food was disgusting and horrendous prepped. Overall this was a terrible experience never again.

Really good experience. Staff was nice. Food was fresh and the rolls. Omg the rolls.
