Subway (south Medford)

Used the website to order the bogo promo. There is no option to pay with cash at the store. The sandwich menu is subjective, who knows how much -More- is, I sure don't. So the Sub tasted different and knew instantly they forgot a sauce. I will never use the app. Or website again.

I went through the drive-through and ordered two The Beast footlongs as is no special requirements, it took forever to receive. The 2 Guys Working sounded depressed and put no effort into pleasantries like hello. I don 't know if it is required by Subway or not but one of the men had long curly hair that was not in a hairnet nor Hat. Don 't eat here if you have somewhere to be, because you won 't make it on time!

Always the best. Bailey just made me the best selection of sandwiches. Yum olives!!

Well I'm sure the two burnt out young potheads that worked tonight at 7:00 p.m. could have done better if they had been able to focus or pay attention to anything. We came in for Italian herb and cheese bread which is the most often moved bread and ours was stale crusty and chewy on the ends; really unedible. We sprung for one of those pretzel sticks they say is from auntie Anne's but it was more like great great great great auntie Anne's with as crusty and burnt and dry and overcooked as it was, I about lost a toof. The shaggy dirty musty kid with the bloodshot eyes certainly filled the role of artist. At least as far as hygiene goes. The guy put about 20 grains of pretzel salt on it and then slid it directly into a bag and pulled all the salt off immediately. Will not eat at this location ever again unless I see a new management sign outside

Horrible my food was wrong then when called them about it they were rude, saying I was wrong, had to look at cameras an only replaced half my sandwich. They were rude on the phone an in person. What happen to customers are always right if I was buying for someone else they could have killed someone by putting the wrong things on it. Need to do something about how rude they treat people! Not worth giving any stars !!!!
