Chipotle Mexican Grill - Medford

I find that when I order a burrito through the app, the taste and consistency can be hit or miss. However, when I place my order in person, I usually get a much better and more consistent result. I appreciate the convenience of the app, but the quality of the food doesn’t always match up. I gave this place a 5-star rating because the burrito I had when I ordered it in person was made perfectly and tasted fantastic. My only suggestion would be for them to restock their ingredients more frequently to ensure everything is fresh for customers.

One employee stood out to me—a young woman with blue braids (who I adored!). She took on a lot of responsibility and seemed to be doing her best to manage the situation and keep things under control. It's important to recognize and appreciate her and her coworkers for their hard work. Ultimately, the food was worth it, and I give them five stars for the dedication of the staff!
