Bob's Italian Foods - Medford

I'm really disappointed. I have come here since I was 12 years old. I no longer live in Medford but in Everett now and happy I can still order from GrubHub to get it delivered. I received my food with my name and order on it but inside was someone else's order. I called and explained it was not the driver but the people who packaged the food who made a mistake because my name and order was on the bag. I asked if I could bring the food back and get my correct food. They told me I would have to reach out to grub hub who already told me they can't redeliver the food. I was at children's hospital all day with my son and ordered this to make it an easy night and get one of his favorite foods and now I'm out $37 and no food. Thank you. Very surprised after all these years and money I've spent there you guys couldn't let me bring in my receipt with the wrong food and give me what I ordered. Thanks.

A Medford classic. If you haven't been, you've got to go!

The best Submarine sandwiches you can find in greater Boston served in giant portions. I have learned only to buy the small sandwich roll which is large enough for three meals. Non metered street parking. For years I have brought my family Submarine sandwiches and larger Italian meals. They have a large staff and an impressive deli and meat counter. Highly recommended

Because I am in Naples Fl...my 92 year old Mother fell and broke her hip, and is home from the hospital...I wanted to surprise her with a food order from Bob 's.. I got told by one of the girls (they don 't give their names) rude,.. to do it online and hung up!!!I kept having trouble because I wanted it delivered...the order $140.00 ..was coming from Bob 's...I was having trouble navigating the site..I called her back, she abruptly said, I can 't help you ..I am stunned....and just hung up...I just can 't believe the rudeness...I have dropped thousands of dollars over the yesrs when I lived in Medford and Winchester...I have had Bob 's cater a party for me and ordered platers... spent thousands in the meat dept... You are only as good as the people that represent you!..
