Bagels Your Way - Medford

First time here. I?ve read so many reviews while sitting here having my breakfast. Conflicting. Interesting how different people can have totally opposite experiences. I did pick up that some aren?t happy unless they have something to complain about?.andthat some negative ones seem legit. Must be my lucky day because my initial thought as I entered and got in line was that itwas a lively, positive vibe. I didn?t witness anything unpleasant. Everyone was friendly and my food was very good. On thepricey side, yes. But the traffic coming in and out tells me it?s worth it. Lots of people behind the counter. Sometimes thatcan be challenging with communication but my wait was minimal and my order was perfect. I?ll be back for sure and see if I getlucky again :

Went today with my daughter and ordered 2 egg sandwiches, I?ve got to say that my order was spot on even though the place was really busy. The staff was friendly and courteous. I can see why the place was busy because, the food and service was excellent.I definitely will be coming back quite often?

Over priced charged me 24 bucks for 3 bagels and a Snapple ???? old lady gave me a crazy attitude when I asked about it (which I NEVER ask and always whatever) but to be fair it didn?t look like she had a clue what she was doing. Best part is I drive homeopen my good and they messed up a cream cheese bagel. How? How do you get that order wrong? Whatever. They used to be great butthey fell off

This place is a hot mess, surprised it 's even in business. Stood in line for 20mins with about 5 other customers. 6 people behind the counter, 1 making a sandwich and the other 5 just hanging out. Finally asked for service, lady took the order with anattitude and no greeting, didn 't even respond to my hello and went right back to talking with coworkers. After 15mins shefinally moved, and her coworker grabbed a cleaning rag and bottle, and started cleaning. Saw me and went 'oh the sandwich ', andwent to make the sandwich with the SAME gloves on. I 'm just happy she didn 't make mine. Total time 55mins to order a delisandwich served with terrible attitude. Ironically there is a sign at the counter that says something to the tune of- go home ifyou have bad attitude...maybe it should be turned around towards the staff. Not recommended, avoid.

Great food, only issue I have is that they always mess up my order and never follow instructions. I clearly and nicely ask for hash brown on my bagel and they never put it on my bagel, and i was disappointed this morning I ordered it again and receivedsausage on my bagel which I highly dislike. There were times they got it right, but those were few.
