Bidra med feedbackI tasted Arroz con mariscos, a long way to reach the flavour in Lima, Perú. Milkshakes is missing. The delivery time was 40 minutes.
Peruvian restaurants tend to be either very costly or not too good (to say the least). Kusi is a really pleasant surprise. The place itself is well designed and welcoming. Its personnel, from the English-speaking owner to the last waitress bend backwards to make you...feel really well. The chart is also physically well designed, with glossy pictures of several of the dishes offered and the menu is varied and sophisticated. The food is very abundant, in authentic Peruvian style, (none of that silly tiny portion in huge plates) and very well prepared, with imported Peruvian ingredients... and you find Perucian sodas, and beers and even the traditional purple maize fresh drink known as chicha morada . All in all a superb experience. It even has a midday low-cost set menu, very inexpensive and still good and big!

I know it's unfair to grade the restaurant based on the Menu Del Dia special, but I just wasn't that impressed. The lomo saltado was average. I kind of expected more given the place's reputation for Peruvian food. Maybe I need to go for dinner...to get the full experience.
