Very good beers, brewed right next to and good dishes even astonishing compared to the place. Nice to have been there.
Visit rich in information and humour (thank you Jan). The best is full of brewing history and love. The restaurant/café offers a diversified map and wisely advises the choices of their beers. We ate very well and went out with a few bottles from the shop. In fact, we only find some cuvées there.
A warm place in the pretty town of Melines, a brewery dedicated to Carolus beer, the one infused with whisky probably one of the best in the world
A visit at The brewery which brewed my all-time favourite: Carolus Easter. Happy, Even thouh that Beer has stopped. Like every beer they have.
