The food is excellent, the place is clean and the staff is always courteous and observant. One such person who deserves recognition is (Saliha). Not only is she adaptive to the needs of logistics but will quickly jump in to help clear a long line of customers. She is certainly one of the best, with her positive energy and friendly spirit. Definitely one of the most beautiful staff members of your establishment. That being said I had another great experience there. Keep up the great work! It's as much a credit to the managers as it is to the employees and the franchise. Everyone benefits when there is a flow of good professionalism.
We always stop at this location when headed back to Alexandria. We have stopped at this location the last four years. Today was the first time I ordered a sandwich and the roll was to damn hatd to chew! I gave four stars, the customer service is excellent!
I stop at this WAWA very often. I can't say that I've ever had a negative experience. Today, while on my way to work, I used the app to purchase a bagel and a pre made meal (they are super yummy). When I arrived to the store the gentleman asked me about my order. I gave him my name and then he told me that they didn't have the particular bagel I wanted or the particular meal I wanted. The items were easily replaced with similar items. He then gave me a gift card for my troubles. This is customer service and it is much appreciated!
Not friendly at all. I guess it depends on who you are. Order couple of sandwiches, there won't be a bag . You will have to take them back to register and get bag . Lousy attitude.
The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. They offer a great selection of dishes, and everything is in stock. The bathroom is also kept tidy. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service. I couldn't ask for anything more!
