Hoss's Steak And Sea House

First, the service was good. Unfortunately, my steak was raw and also my wife's chicken. The salad bar was nice, but overall the family felt a little sick after eating here. We were all insecure why.

Very impressive Hoss's location...best I've ever been to. Very clean and well maintained building inside and out. Food was excellent, really enjoyed the salad bar. Service was impeccable from everyone, especially our server Joanna who went above and beyond for my family's dining experience. Management here is clearly top notch. Fully recommended, the family and I will continue to dine here.

First time back in about 4 years. Brand new menu, pared down salad bar, waiters and waitresses take the bills now. A few mistakes with cookery of steaks, grilled cheese was cold and cheese wasn't melted. They also don't appear to season the steaks at all unless you get a Cajun seasoned or something like that. Not exactly worth the price for our family, but it isn't terrible.

We were there on a Friday evening at 5:30 pm. It was not crowded. Salad bar was very clean. Our waitress Joann was very friendly and attentive. She allowed us plenty of time to review the menu before asking for our orders. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and they do not rush you. We will return.

Great food and atmosphere! Enjoyed my time visiting with 2 gentlemen from other states. I'm here for work from Iowa.
