Bidra med feedbackThey didnt have anything in stock! Asked for a flatbread and they only had white and wheat bread available , no cookies at all, and no straws but failed to tell me that before i bought a drink. smh horrible customer service.
Do not come here if you are looking for any semblance of customer service. Placed an online order, waited 20 minutes to walk into the store… Order hadn’t even been started. Employee only had these words for me “yeah, it’s not ready.” Really wish I hadn’t been so hasty adding that tip beforehand. You’re better off hitting a drive-thru somewhere.
I wouldn't have known there was avocado on my sandwich if I hadn't seen her put the smallest amount possible on it. The workers were overwhelmed with three people in line. The line was not well stocked and when I asked for black olives instead of grabbing more they put the five slices that were left on my sandwich and called it a day. The tables were also dirty. And they decided to ring up the person behind me in line before bothering to finish my sandwich. My mother was already sitting down eating before they had even bothered to finish my order.
They we're rushing just cause I had 4 subs, asking me what I wanted on the next while I was telling the other employee what was going on the first one. Didn't take coupons either.
Felt very disrespected and discriminated against after visiting this Subway to purchase just a fountain drink beverage a little after 1 pm Saturday, July 15. The cashier, Sandra, was very rude, and disrespectful, and told my 3 year old to keep her nasty hands off of the cups. My 3 year old mistakenly grabbed an additional cup, thinking that I purchased a fountain drink for myself also but I did not. She is 3...not 12. I told Sandra this, and informed her to not speak to my 3 year old this way. As if that wasn 't enough, I asked if there were more lids for the small size fountain cups, and they said the lids were there. I said these do not fit, and then I asked if they had lids again, and one woman proceeded to yell over to me apologizing, saying they had been busy all day which was understandable, but then the young man literally stopped while making a customer 's sandwich and walked over to where the cash register area was just to tell me that I needed to go ahead and leave and I could go ahead and leave. Wow. Just wow Mebane Tanger Outlets, do better. It 's Mebane for goodness sake. Mebane, a charming, family-friendly town. I have never experienced such a classless act. If your team members behave like this, I can only imagine what the general manager who hired them acts like and not to mention, the franchise owner. Corporate and HR will be called on Monday. Never had someone speak to me like this, let alone my 3 year old. Disgusting establishment and should not be a standalone at the Tanger Outlets.
