Sweetwaters Coffee Tea - McKinney

Coffee here is good and there's ample space with lots of tables and good lighting. They have some board games on the side and a chess board.I haven't tried any of the bakery items but they offer quite a few if you're itching for a snack. I've gone here a couple of times to get work done and it's a great cafe to do that. Highly recommend!

I love the Mango Sunrise and the Mango Matcha Lemonade. The staff is amazing and they always have new drink combinations to try.

Really? I'm a frequent customer since this place opened. Today after spending $15 for a drink and a cold sandwich and leaving a $3 tip I'm told I'll need to pay for a glass of ice water. Wow. Customer service not a strong suit. She said.... well, so you know for next time, we need to charge for water. Next time I'll go back to Starbucks. Never been charged for water there. $18 for 2 items and you can't give a cup for water. Wow.

The staff, coffee and atmosphere at this place is amazing. We just went in to try something other than Starbucks and we are regulars now. Their French Vietnamese Au Lait is perfect for us and recommended!
