Bidra med feedbackI had a great frappuccino (Triple Mocha) and the Barista (Kyra) was very nice and friendly. I also watched her help another customer that came from a different Starbucks to get their drink fixed because the other Starbucks made it wrong. She was very nice and made that person very happy! Nice to see and receive awesome service. Great experience!!
Never again at this location. I've had the worst experience from any Starbucks. And it says a lot because I've never had any problems. I understand its quicker to do a mobile order, reason I didn't was because I wasnt planning on going.I just happened to pass it. I went in, wasn't even greeted. Ok whatever. Didn't realize until after 5 minutes that I was standing near the mobile order sign. Social distancing is at an all time high. However, the lady behind the counter could have at least said hello and made sure, it is her job ???? so after about 5 minutes of being ignored, I ended up realizing that i needed to move and obviously wasn't going to be treated like a guest. lady who took my order was ok, wasn't spectacular. It took 15 minutes for 1 drink. Mind you, there were 3 people working the counter. Ridiculous. Won't be back
The place is short staffed but they make great coffee and give the best service possible. Keep that in mind when ordering..and tipping. Short staff is making business ruff but those that work... are great... employees. The customers need to be grateful ...
The line can get long, but it's Starbucks, brand new, and the only drive through coffee in a mile or so. They are quick, kind, and accurate with your orders. Give them the same grace you would want if you were just figuring things out also!
This is your typical Starbucks. Great service great drinks. No complaints.
