Time Out Café Mcgregor

I have only had two food experiences in my 47 years of living on this planet that changed my life emotionally. A salmon pasta in Covent Garden that made me cry and a plate served in the Pot Luck Cafe that did the same. Today, the third moment happened when I ate Megs veg stack. Not tears this time but absolute incredulationnand satisfaction and pure head down JOY! Mouthful after mouthful !! How plates of food that are prepared by incredible love art and talent , heart and soul, can be ingested and we can experience a form of elation and delight, pure joy and satisfaction by simply eating is truly a rare and unique gift.
