Staff aren’t polite. They Just left my order on the pickup spot, I was not sure if that was my mine, until I checked it. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place charged our credit card 2 times for the same order. They were out of ice, napkins, and yet still went on selling drinks and food. When we asked the manager for a refund for our order, she just charged our credit card again. So now we have to fight with corporate to get our money back and we had to go to Dunkin next door to get napkins. The bathrooms were disgusting and had sinks busted so you couldn’t even wash your hands, meaning there is no way the employees wash their hands ever. If you’re traveling, go to the next exit where there’s a McDonalds. This Burger King only survives because it’s got the BK name on a highway sign for the exit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
