Cave Hill Farms Brewery - McGaheysville

We went at 7:30PM on Wednesday August 23rd. It normally closes at 9PM however due to not being too busy they were already closing. The bartender was the absolute kindest person, allowing us to order and sit and hangout. We were not rushed, however we also did not want to stay too long. Being from Jersey, the hospitality and the ambiance was great! Would absolutely visit again with more time to try more beers.

Checked out this spot after hiking 13 miles. The beer was cold and the staff was friendly. Would return again when I come back to visit Shenandoah NP.

Fantastic brewery where the beer was great and the bar food was really good. Neat atmosphere with a farm museum and plenty of tables. Pool table and Jenga.

Worst food service I have ever experienced at this type of venue. Very disorganized! They told me it would take 25 minutes for my food to be ready which was fine but when I went to pick it up, they said it would be another 20 minutes so I waited.That 20 minutes passed they said someone else took my order! Then the guy asked me my name again, and when he looked at my order slip, he said said the burgers were frozen and it would be awhile longer. I got a refund left. It’s too bad because I was really looking forward to a nice evening listening to Big City Band with my husband.

Very unique place. Didn 't expect a band and as many people. I don 't think they did either. The kitchen didn 't have the staff so the menu was limited. The beer was good and the ladies behind the bar were very nice. Some orders never made it to the food truck and some got lost. People were waiting over an hour for an order of fries. They were nice and refunded us so we could feed our daughter somewhere else. Don 't go expecting to eat quickly.
