Nasty attitude of jerk who thinks he is the boss. did not even cared to give us a receipt, seems he is stealing something. messed up our order entirely. bread and meat is stale. Tables and floor is dirty. saw a girl babysitting inside kitchen, baby is crying and she is feeding. moreover she popped up to help on line. what a poor management. subway has gone down.
Placed an online order for pickup. The food was ready when it was promised but it was missing ingredients that were chosen, the footlong cookie, brownie, and pretzel were all burnt, and the manager said that he could not do a refund, even if I brought the items back to the store for verification. Said there was nothing he could do about it, but that they would make sure for next time. The employees were not rude, just not able to help resolve a problem and did not offer any explanation as to why when asked.
Quick , not busy , food fresh . Ordered the steak toasted with pepper jack cheese added onions , jalapeños, . Tasty . Guy behind counter patient and helpful .
I love this store. Just hate the location. It’s located off a very busy street. I ordered the rotisserie chicken salad for curbside pickup. The store was nice, clean and welcoming. The owner and his wife made sure my order was done correctly and packaged beautifully. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so hungry. I will order here again.
I came in here after ordering online on the Subway app. The employee (possibly owner or manager) completely ignored me but had no problem talking to my husband I understood real fast a woman's voice means nothing here. The other employee was in the back on her phone and after seeing us walk in she ducked behind the counter and peered at us like we were some crazy looking monster. The app was telling me my order was ready so I went inside, but they never even started on our order. I watched the two employee begin making our sandwiches and then asked us what we got, I specifically ordered online so I wouldn't have to stand inside giving my order and waiting (I ordered 3 sandwiches). I then saw them making the sandwiches incorrectly and then taking the wrong ingredients off the sandwich and argue with each other about what goes on what sandwich. Then multiple people walked in and went straight to the back and they are talking to each other and handing each other car keys (without changing their gloves) and all of this instead of helping us with our sandwiches we have now been waiting over 20 minutes for (35 minutes since the time we ordered). No one bothers speaking to you, instead they just stare at you making you uncomfortable that you are giving them business. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting my husband was notified that the order I ordered and paid for was ready. Don't bother coming here unless you want to wait way too long for a sandwich you can make way faster yourself, including the trip to the store to get the ingredients. We started our whole ordeal around 10am so it's not like we were there during their peak hours, since we were the only ones there. When we checked the sandwiches they weren't cut (every single subway I've been to cuts the sandwiches so this was strange to me). Defiantly never coming to this location again!
