Mcdonald's - McDonough

This McDonald's was great. The food tastes as it should but the customer service was awesome. The lady in the drive thru was patient and very nice. One of the best experiences I've had at fast food restaurant in awhile.

This location is newly remodeled. I placed a mobile order and picked it up curbside because the line was very long. It took a bit over 5 minutes but, the line was long. When she bright my order out, she thanked me for my patience.

This McDonald's had quick service, a friendly staff and the food was far better than most McDonald's, served fresh and warm. Despite a location very close to the interstate, it was easy to get in and out and I could actually hear my drive-through server through the intercom. The latter is unusual for me, especially in a busy area.

I went to this location today and ordered a Caramel iced coffee. When I received it, it wasn't made right. I pulled back up to get it remade and all the doors are locked so I had to go back to the drive thru to get it remade. I was asked to pull forward and waited about 10 minutes for an employee to bring it out with a wet straw. This was my first time here hopefully if I return I can give them 5 stars
