The shrimps on the stick were cold. The pulled pig was heated to the microwave. It's not good. Never again for sho!!! Update: The server gave me a discount. That's very nice of her. So it's 3 stars now. Bcoz from this server. But really the food wasn't good. Maybe it's better to get a burger in Sonic. Just say.

My personal order was a porterhouse (t-bone) the largest!, my friends ordered Ribeye 12 Oz. We all ordered medium, but we had to wait for the order for more than one hour and when it arrived, all steaks were more than cooked and cold. My whole experience with this restaurant was very bad. I do not recommend

Hostess might have been lost or nervous? Our server was great, she took care of us!! The food wasn't good at all. Shrimp was over boiled and gummy. The chicken pliers were okay. Probably not come back.

I ordered Steak for a family of four online for board pickup. You sent a text that lets me know that my order is ready and back text. I cried back and waited five minutes. No one came out. I wrote again and finally got a reply message. I waited five minutes, and no one came to give me my order. I went in and waited again before someone came out an order that was mine. When I came home, I had no condiments for my steak, no butter for the rolls, no icing for the cinnamon rolls, and no utensils to eat. I left a $12 for them to provide moderate service for an online order.

*UPDATE* Mark (manager) immediately called me made this right! I truly appreciate his honest concern for the situation customer service in handling this... This truly meant a lot! Thank You Sir!! Before I start, let me say; I really really wanted to like this Logan?s. The waiter was a very nice young man. Now let?s talk about the food? We ordered the Fried Mushrooms; we sent them back. They were so oily soggy (as if they were fried in warm grease vs hot). My wife ordered the Surf Turf; the crab cakes were the same texture of the mushrooms, very oily soggy. Her shrimp were extremely over cooked rubbery. The rolls were good hot. I ordered the 12oz sirloin Medium well, it was cooked Well Done. No pink whatsoever (I?ll post pics) and my baked potato was not done. I was extremely disappointed. And to top it off the waiter automatically upgraded my wife to a 8oz steak without asking charged us an additional $8! He did correct the ticket, but I did not like that whatsoever! You should always ASK, never assume your customer wants to upgrade without asking! Overall definitely not the experience I wanted considering I?ve always had good food the one in the Macon/WR area.
