Bidra med feedbackI ordered through the app at 5:37 and showed up around 6:15. The tracker still said prep. I waited and the status never changed so I went inside and waited about 5 mins before being spoken to. I asked about my order and told the employee I had ordered almost an hour ago. He said they were very busy. He spoke with the manager and told me they would make my order and I asked for a refund because I would be waiting another 25 to 30 minutes. The manager came and canceled my order and tried to walk off until I asked her if my money would be refunded and she said 3 to 5 days and walked off. I will not be ordering again! It’s one thing to be busy but to have an attitude is beyond disappointing. The order screen inside the store was full and my name was nowhere on it so had i not come inside I would’ve waited around 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas.
Well, I'm not going to say much. Poor Customer Service. I placed an order with them. An Hour and 50 minutes went by and I decided to give them a call. Once I called them the answer machine said that my order was delivered. I never seen a delivery driver in my driveway or received a call from them about ETA or any updates. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. It's plenty Options in the area. I wish I would have went with my first Choice. They just lost a customer.
For delivery items my first order was perfect , it was fresh, hot and flavorful. It was a large fully loaded pie, It made an impression on us.On my second order, maybe one to two months ago (today is 2-20-24) on a Saturday, I ordered a large fully loaded pie and wings at about 640 pm, I did not receive my order until 1240 am Sunday after a call at 8-9 pm. I was offered a free pizza as compensation, however after that extremely late delivery experience, I was been disinclined to order from Dominos for a while, especially on Saturday evenings.In time, I resumed because my first order was so good. On all other deliveries I was mostly satisfied with the delivery and the food ordered, with the sauce exception and 1-2 regular untimely deliveries.I have ordered, in total, lately, 2-4/5 times. in total sauces were always 2 ranch even though I ordered other sauces especially mango-habanero and buffalo.On 2/19/24, I ordered two pies and 24 wings and habanero mango sauce for pickup, my order was perfect, hot, fresh, and flavorful. You mostly can't go wrong with ordering from Dominos. This has been my ordering experience.
Ordered two specialty bread pizzas. Get halfway home and noticed that one of them only had cheese instead of jalapeño and bacon. Called the store and told them the problem and asked if they could remake both since I have to drive back to the store and back home. One will be cold right?? Manager said no we will only remake one. Ok just refund me and I’ll patronize another buisness.
I placed an order tonight at 648pm and the store waited until an hour later to call and tell me that I would have to wait another hour to 80 minutes for my order. When I asked why they failed to call me earlier to inform me of this delay so I could’ve made other arrangements instead of waiting around having my kids hungry the man HUNG UP ON ME!!! How rude is that? What type of customer service is this??? We work hard for our money every day and help to keep companies like this in business. Customers deserve to be treated better and Dominos should be ashamed of themselves for employing individuals like this who do not care about rectifying their short comings. Do better Dominos
