Bidra med feedback$4 was added for a cookie still on the menu says $2.19. Woman at Theke says cookies are 2.19 without meat. But the menu says differently. You shouldn't charge people because the business is slow.
I was looking for shrimps and grottos, and this place came up. It also has a picture of shrimps and grits. When I arrived, I asked about him and the lady said they didn't sell shrimps and grottos. Wrong advertising. Very disappointing! I drove out of the way.
So... I want support. Honestly. But the third time is NOT the charm for me. I tried to give it a few months before my review, still not helped. Greeting was lack of shine because I asked if she still serves breakfast. What do you want? I put my order, leave a tip, then go to the gas station next door. Came back about 3 minutes later, made eye contact with a young lady, but she moved. Then noticed what I thought to be my order under the heater... I didn't want to get it. So, and I sat there for 9 minutes. Until the woman came out and said she didn't know I came back. So... do we leave the front unattended for 10 minutes?? Work at the customer service inspection for food. Also... the cookie was fine, but they use a lot of baking soda.
I got a chicken sandwich and it came with Fritten, I was a little disappointed the meal not with a drink that the lady did not mention or see if I wanted to add one. When I asked that she exchanged my card, she told me it was an extra dollar for a drink. I only returned the frits because I had no time to restore them where they sit cold and clear under a heating for a long time. The ten minutes to prepare my chicken sandwich were more than enough time to prepare new frits. You can look at the fries and see clearly that they are old when I returned them, they offered back the money that I told them that I wanted the tip I gave back, even though I saw how the service was no one ever apologised that the fries were an disappointment that they just returned the money after I had said that I wanted to return the tip that was also put on my card? Didn't you say that? what I felt was rude and sarcastic. The morality of history customer service lacked and they are ready to give you old food and only hope that you do not notice.
Staff is awesome!! They are friendly and work hard to ensure customer satisfaction and quality!! My husband and I went for lunch last week, it was awesome!! Thanks again for making our 1st time a quality experience
