Burger King - McAllen

Very good this morning, breakfast was great, service was great. I asked for 3 French toast sticks, and they ended me over 7!!! Recommended breakfast ends at 11:00. Croissant 8/10, French toast sticks 7/10, Hashbrowms 8/10, Coffee 7/10.

The food was cold the frits are under boiled and the soda machine was not even the taste no high-stuhl for the child of this place I would not recommend at all, during my visit several customer complaints about there food and forget to place the frits in order with several orders, I would not even give them a star food: 1/5

So much attitude for nothing and ignore people if they want to repair their orders. One of them is so loud and mean for employees and customers funny for someone who is a regular worker not even a manager lol

It's sad that I have to go through this with your employees. This is the family and I local Burger King. But your employees don't make us want to go. Such bad customer service now a day there .so TODAY about 30 40 MINUTES AGO I held in place. At the moment of ordering my food, Jennifer interrupted me and sent me into the window DURING my order process. I was NOT ordered, nor did she ask what a drink I wanted. Or if I should add something else to my order. She sent me without me. Once I got into the window, she had such a UNFRIENDLY face and sound. She accused me of giving me a bag of food, she closed the window and she turned her body around and gave it back to me! NOT ONCE DID SHE TURN and she started walking towards the expo, not recognizing that I was still in the window. I had to tell WAIT that she came back to the window to ask her for Condiments. WORST PART is I DIDNT GET MY DRINK. I WISH I COULD HAVE ORDERED MORE food, but your employees are rude. I had such a simple order because it was cut short by your employee, but my SMALL BURGER was still wrongly prepared. THE ONLY KIND PERSON with GROSS customer service IN THE IS OF MANAGER JUAN, the night shift works. You need to pay more attention to this location and monitor customer service and attitude.

Not bad, could do better. Poorly assembled burgers drive thru communication poor. Lots of shouting to place order.
